Built to reject padded runtimes

We founded Bone Games in Tampa with a clear constraint: stop building cinematic filler and start engineering mechanical tension. Every system is stripped down until only the core physics and high-contrast feedback remain.

Our workstations run late, testing movement curves and input latency under stark work lamps. If a prototype doesn't demand focus within ten seconds, we tear it down and rewrite the loop.

Public Stress Test

Block out geometry and movement vectors immediately to test the core loop before touching asset pipelines.

Strip frame delays and optimize frame pacing until controls feel instantaneous and punishingly exact.

Layer high-contrast technical noir styling, deep shadows, and stark crimson rim lighting over the mechanics.

Release builds directly to players and collaborators to break the balance and refine the challenge curve.

Collaborate on distinct mechanics

We partner with select indie publishers and studios on co-development, world-building, and rapid prototyping.
